One day while they are waiting for their teacher to come into the classroom Emma finally blurts out that she loves her. She racked her brain for a while but couldn’t think of anything and eventually decided to just ask him.

Thankfully Ryan was willing to teach her his code and they were able to continue communicating like this without any problems.
